Our Response to COVID-19

Deco Gear is accepting online orders, doing our very best to keep supplying you with the products you need. From laptops and monitors to facilitate distance learning and working from home, to health, wellness, and fitness equipment for your workouts as well as TV and gaming to keep your family entertained during these unprecedented times, we have what you need to help get you through this. For the safety of our warehouse teams, we are running at slightly reduced capacity, which is why our same day order cutoff has been adjusted. There may also be product shortages in certain categories, which we are working diligently to overcome.

Here is what we are doing to ensure the safety of our employees and customers:

  • Customer Service representatives are working from home and are standing by to assist you with product advice. We will reply by phone or email as quickly as possible.
  • We have adjusted the workflow in our warehouses and our team is practicing social distancing through a combination of staggered hours and workstation changes.
  • We are increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our fulfillment centers
  • We have conducted training on hygiene practices for the employees who are packing and shipping your purchases, providing gloves, masks and hand sanitizers at each station.
  • Employees with any symptoms of illness may not enter our facilities and we are following CDC guidelines for delaying return to work after any type of illness.

A word about our Customer Service Call Center Employees:

We’re adapting rapidly to keep up with the changing world, prioritizing the safety and health of our employees and our community. To that end, all employees with the exception of the warehouse personnel—are working from home for the time being. Every employee from marketing to our call center team is able to access the programs they need to do their work seamlessly. We’re also giving employees any laptops or monitors needed to do their job. As has become the new norm, our schools have closed meaning that if you call our customer service team, you may hear children and pets in the background. Please be patient with us as we do our best to keep providing you with the service you have come to expect. These temporary changes help us adequately follow social-distancing protocol and allow us to do what we can to protect our employees, their families and their communities.

We want to express our appreciation to our customer service team who continue to provide support to our customers during this unprecedented time and to our fulfillment center staff who are working tirelessly to do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on schedule.
