Yes. Your membership is a paid annual subscription that automatically renews every 12 months at $40/year (plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel. We’ll email a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal, and at least 30 days before any price change. You can cancel any time online from your account dashboard or by emailing support@decogear.com. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term except as described in the next question.
You may request a full refund of your initial $40 membership fee within 14 days of joining, provided no member benefits have been used — meaning no orders placed using member pricing and no free-shipping redemptions. No. Member pricing cannot be combined or stacked with promotional discount codes, sitewide sales, bundle pricing, clearance, Open-Box/Used/refurbished pricing, or other member or employee discounts. If a public sale price is lower than your member price, you pay the lower of the two; the two discounts do not compound.

Membership Terms & Automatic Renewal Disclosure

The following is a plain-English summary of the material terms of the Deco Insiders Membership. The complete, legally binding terms are set out in our Membership Agreement & Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. By subscribing you agree to those documents.

  • What you’re buying. A paid annual digital subscription called “Deco Insiders Membership.” No physical card is mailed; all benefits are digital and tied to your Deco Gear account.
  • Price charged today. $40 (plus any applicable state and local taxes), charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews every 12 months at the then-current annual price (currently $40/year) until you cancel. Renewal charges are made to the most recent payment method on file.
  • Renewal reminders. We’ll email you a renewal reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal, to the email address on your account.
  • Price changes. If we change the price or other material terms, we’ll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before renewal if you don’t accept the new terms.
  • How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, without fee or penalty, online from your account dashboard at decogear.com/account, or by emailing support@decogear.com with the subject line “Cancel Insiders.” Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future renewal charges. Your benefits remain active through the end of the current paid term.
  • Refunds. Full refund of the initial $40 is available within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided no member benefits have been used (no orders placed using member pricing and no free-shipping redemptions). After 14 days, or after any benefit has been used, the current term is non-refundable. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. See the Refund Policy for details and exceptions.
  • 15% member pricing. Applies to eligible new-product orders when logged in to the account that holds an active membership. Applied to product price only, not to tax, shipping surcharges, bundles, gift cards, Open-Box/Used/refurbished items, or any items already on sale or under another promotion. Cannot be combined or stacked with other promo codes, sale pricing, or any other discount. The discount displayed at checkout controls.
  • Free U.S. shipping. Free standard shipping on eligible orders to addresses in the contiguous United States, with no order minimum. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, and other U.S. territories. Oversized, hazmat, freight, and certain other items may require surcharges, disclosed at checkout. Target delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Where a delay is caused by factors within our control and the order misses our standard 3–5 business day window, Deco Gear will, upon request, issue a $10 store credit (up to once per delayed order).
  • Priority WhatsApp support. A dedicated number sent in your welcome email. Real humans, routed to a priority queue during our published support hours. Response times are targets, not guarantees. Not an emergency line. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • Eligibility. One active membership per customer and per Deco Gear account. Non-transferable. Not valid for resellers, dealers, or distributors. Deco Gear may suspend or terminate a membership for fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or other misuse, with a pro-rata refund where required by law.
  • Service and benefit changes. We may add, modify, or remove specific benefits from time to time. Material reductions in benefits will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before any affected renewal.
  • Data and privacy. Your purchase is governed by our Privacy Policy. California residents: see the CCPA/CPRA section of that policy for your rights, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing of personal information.
  • Consent record. By checking the “I agree to the automatic-renewal terms” box and completing checkout, you give your express affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms above. We retain a timestamped record of that consent as required by applicable law.
  • Governing law & disputes. Membership disputes are governed by the Membership Agreement, which includes the governing-law, arbitration, and class-action provisions that apply to your subscription. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable state law.
